Privacy

What we collect

• Phone number — for verification. We send an OTP via Supabase Auth and never share the number.
• Profile data — display name, avatar (if you upload one), pincode, sports played, skill levels.
• Gameplay data — games you host or join, ratings you give and receive, no-show flags.
• Device + analytics — anonymized page-view metrics via Vercel Analytics. No third-party trackers.

Why we collect it

To match you with players nearby, to keep the community honest with ratings, and to operate the service. We don't sell your data and we don't share it with advertisers.

Where it lives

Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres + Storage), hosted in the EU and Singapore regions. Backups are encrypted at rest.

Deleting your account

Email support@sportconnect.in with the phone number on the account. We delete your profile, ratings, and chat messages within 7 days.
